HOW DO MY POINTS WORK AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY WORTH?

For example, when you make purchases (merchandise value without discounts and shipping) totaling R$ 500.00, you will receive 500 points, which can be later exchanged for discounts on your future purchases. It is important to highlight that these points remain in your account and can be used in full or in part during the checkout process (on the website), either in the shopping cart or at checkout. For every 10 accumulated points, you can redeem R$ 1.00 in discount (meaning 10 points are equivalent to R$ 1.00).

Please note that the Reward Points program at Wentz Store operates in Brazil and uses the Brazilian Real as the base currency. However, in our international store, which accepts three different currencies (USD, EUR, and GBP), the exchange rates may vary. Therefore, the conversion of points to discounts will depend on the currency exchange rates at the time of the transaction, without explicitly mentioning the exchange rate.

HOW ARE POINTS ACCUMULATED?

Points are accumulated exclusively based on the value of the products purchased and are not converted in relation to shipping costs. In this way, we aim to provide transparency regarding the system.

In addition, there are additional opportunities to accumulate points on our platform. By subscribing to our Newsletter, you will receive 50 points as a welcome bonus. On your birthday, we want to celebrate with you by giving you 100 points to use on your next purchase. We value your opinion, and as an incentive, when you review the purchased products, you will receive an additional 50 points (for product reviews). We look forward to your feedback!

ARE POINTS CUMULATIVE WITH DISCOUNT COUPONS / FREE SHIPPING OR OTHER PROMOTIONS?

Yes, you can use a discount coupon or free shipping, but only the amount paid for the products will be converted into points.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE POINTS?

We would like to emphasize that points are valid for 3 months, and unfortunately, it is not possible to reactivate them after they expire. We suggest that you use your points within this period to make the most of your benefits.

CAN I TRACK MY USAGE STATEMENT?

In order to provide greater control and transparency, we offer a complete history for you to track the earning and usage of points in your account. This way, you will have a complete overview of your activities and benefits obtained.

Finally, it is important to mention that Wentz reserves the right to make changes to the point values, both in accumulation and redemption, throughout the year without prior notice. These changes aim to ensure benefits that are adjusted to the needs of our customers.
