1. What’s the production and shipping time?
Our production period is 2 (two) business days after payment. For orders placed with payment confirmation before 12pm (BRT Time Zone / Brazil Time), shipment is made on the first business day following. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the second business day after payment is confirmed.
2. Do you ship to other countries? What shipping options are available?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our products are shipped via FEDEX (Federal Express Corporation).
3. Does the fabric have a seam?
Measures that have a width or height up to 290 centimeters (9,51ft) are not amended, for example, 290cm W x 400cm H (9,51ft W x 13,12ft H) has no seam, while 300cm W x 400cm H (9,84 ft W x 13,12ft H) has a seam.

Our deadline varies according to the desired changes, and can vary between 3 and 7 business days.

The price varies according to the measurement and alteration of each image.
11. Can I finish my purchase via WhatsApp?
We always recommend finalizing your purchase on our website, so you will receive all the information about your order via email and will also be saved for future research.
12. What are the accepted payment methods?

13. How to identify if the site measurement is just wall or wall + floor?
