Exchanges & Returns
The exchanges will be in default cases. The client must request by email to exchange within 30 calendar days after receipt: [email protected].
The product should return in its original packaging. This product will be evaluated by our quality control and, if the defect detected, will be made the exchange, or refund of the amount paid, in agreement with the customer.
In the case of faultless products, we can make the switch since the product has not been used.

The customer shall bear all product transportation costs, both return as the reference.
It will not be effected exchange or refund related to danificas parts by inappropriate use of the product.
In the case of exchange will only be allowed to exchange for same value products. If you have difference in value will be combined with the customer how to pay the difference.

The refund of the value of the product upon return will be made through the payment method PayPal if payment was made using this method.
