Production deadline for products that are on the site
The products available on the site have a production deadline of 2 (two) business day after payment confirmation. So to calculate the day you will receive your order, you should take into account the production time + the delivery time by the carrier you choose on the site. The production time starts on the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the second business day after payment confirmation.
Production time for customized products
In case you wish to customize any of the products, the production deadline may be increased up to 7 (seven) business days more, because everything will depend on the customization that will be made and on the approval of the artwork.
