1. Submitting Custom Images

To submit your personalized art, simply fill out the form available on our website and attach the desired image. Make sure the image is of excellent quality to ensure a Wentz-standard print. Also, be sure to provide the width and height dimensions in centimeters for an accurate result. If you have difficulty attaching your image to our website, send it via Wetransfer or drive to the email [email protected], specify your name and your order number to make it easier to find.

2. Copyrights and Content Restrictions

When submitting a custom image, you declare that you own the copyrights or have the necessary authorization to use it in our service. We do not accept offensive, illegal, or copyright-infringing images. It's also important to note that editing or adding text to the provided image is not possible.

3. Quality Assurance and Colors

We commit to the print quality for a period of 1 month after product receipt. Keep in mind that print colors may slightly vary compared to the display on computer or mobile screens, especially on fabrics.

4. Production and Delivery Timeframe

After confirmation of payment and our analysis and approval of the artwork, the production and delivery timeframe is 2 (two) business days. This period is an estimate and may vary depending on demand.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a printing error or manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

6. Image Issues

If issues arise that prevent the production of the custom product due to the provided image, we will contact you to find an appropriate solution.

7. Terms Updates

Customization terms may be periodically updated to reflect new policies or procedures.

8. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the provided image violates copyrights or does not comply with our content restrictions.
